Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients to identify dietary needs, preferences, and potential risk factors.
  • Develop personalized nutrition care plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating evidence-based dietary recommendations and therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide nutrition counselling and education to patients and their families, promoting healthy eating habits, disease prevention, and management.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting nutrition interventions as necessary to achieve treatment goals and improve health outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a practising Dietitian.
  • Proven experience working as a Dietitian in a healthcare or clinical setting, with expertise in providing dietary counselling and education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant dietary guidelines, nutrition therapy protocols, and specialized diets for various medical conditions.
