Your Role:
In this vital role, you will:
  • Provide exceptional clinical care, including assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluations.
  • Lead and supervise care teams, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality care for residents.
  • Perform a range of nursing tasks such as medication administration, wound dressings, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Mentor new staff members, providing guidance and instruction in care activities.
