We offer daily payroll, meaning you can be paid within 24 hours of working a shift or placement. We also offer weekly and monthly payment options.

If you forget to submit your timesheet, you may experience a delay in payment. We recommend that you submit your timesheet as soon as possible to avoid any issues.

Your timesheet must be submitted by 10 am to ensure payment the next day.

Once we receive your complaint, we will investigate it thoroughly and provide you with a written response within 28 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), of which Day Webster is a member
